THE ROAD PILOT DIFFERENCE

Our Road Pilots receive exceptional training, compensation, and are treated with respect because we know there are no shortcuts to safety and excellent customer service.

Our mission of providing a higher standard of service begins with our fleet.  We believe they are the most important factor in providing superior service.  At Green Transportation, they are not just drivers.

We offer an excellent pay and benefits package; but pay and benefits are not enough to show our appreciation of our fleet, so we have established an environment of respect and trust.

Ensuring we have a satisfied workforce; we actively think of ways to make their careers more rewarding.  Our Road Pilots enjoy dedicated outbound freight, all outbound loads depart from our facility here in Holland, MI.

TOP-NOTCH-SERVICE

Our Green Fleet

We expect the best from our employees and we reward them with top pay, benefits and the respect they deserve. We call our drivers “Road Pilots”.

Green Transportation was founded with the mission of raising the standards in the transportation industry. Our West Coast service has 100% team availability for timeliness and DOT compliance. We encourage customers to check our safety rating.

Applicants are carefully screened during the hiring process. They must agree to abide by our “code of conduct” and participate in training for self-reliance, safety, customer service and freight handling.

Additionally, all applicants must agree to be present and assist in unloading trailers and to treat our customers with respect. They agree to depart at a predetermined time and travel out of route to avoid inclement weather. Finally, our well-trained Road Pilots agree to be monitored on their shifting, idling and speed limit observance in our Green Fuel Savings Program.
